Dedicated to inspiring sensible, health conscious living through physical well-being. Cincy MVMNT has a mind-body approach spawned from my broad experiences in Western & Eastern disciplines including martial arts training in Karate and Muay Thai kickboxing, Pro-indoor soccer speed & agility, (TFW Level 1, ASFA, ACSM studies) as well as my continuing education in holistic health.
Specializing in one-on-one training at your home, or at one of my affiliated Cincy MVMNT facilities. I’ll create a purpose-built, personal training program that helps you reach your specific fitness goals and challenge you each time with dynamic training techniques that may include a variety of balance and elevation, suspension workouts, flow cardio or high intensity interval training. We will always end with recovery yoga and sessions will be centered around gaining strength from the toes up.

Designed for kids 6-14 years old, Cincy Ninja Kids packs elements of parkour, martial arts, yoga & gymnastics into an exciting session that instills new disciplines while gaining confidence through strength & balance movements. All athletes begin at white band level & will work towards achieving their black band for total body mastery. Kids love achieving new levels and this tiered approach teaches them goal setting that will stay with them for life.
